Hi Prakash, How did you install the particular Input Method Editor (IME)? This issue may occur if the Language pack is not installed correctly.
You may try to uninstall and re-install Language pack and check if it helps: a. Press Windows key + X. Click on Command prompt (Admin).
On the Control Panel window, under Clock, Language, and Region, click on Add a language button to open language control panel. Ps2 torrent. Here, you can install or uninstall a language pack. Thanks Praseetha, Kindly excuse for the delay in replying. The Indic IME 3 was downloaded from It shows Windows 8 OS support so we assumed it will work with Windows 8.1 too. It installs without any error.

We can add Hindi to Languages, Language can be toggled with Left Alt+Shift but no option to select keyboard layout like phonetic, Typewriter. Etc.(in earlier versions Windows with Indic IME we have the option). Please correct if I am wrong.
